I've been pretty lucky so far in that most of my ideas have come out pretty much like I hoped and expected, but last night I suffered a set back. I had what I thought was a great idea for indicating the landscape speeding by the moving train in scene 0, but after going through the tedious process of implementing the concept, the unfortunate effect is more like snow or rain than whizzing landscape.
Back to the drawing board. Literally.
